0.2 kg of mussels
0.2 kg of squids
0.1 kg of onion
0.15 l of oil (olive and vegetable)
1 spoon of smashed tomatoes
0.1 l of white wine
salt, pepper, vegeta
parsley and garlic - voluntarily
0.3 kg of raw rice
cuttlefish black in necessary
